Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City, we at nursing services are delivered in alignment with our mission and vision. Nursing care is provided by highly qualified and experienced nurses from different countries of the world. They are responsible for creating individualized goal centred care plans in partnership with the patients and their families. They are also involved in planning, implementation, and evaluation of a variety of programs and creating a supportive working environment that is conducive to professional development.
We are committed to providing education and training to facilitate professional and personal growth by developing leadership competencies and providing support to participate in scientific research. Through implementation of evidenced based practice, we are focused on enhancing the delivery of care provision which incorporates continuous quality improvement, enhancing efficiency within the nursing departments.
Nursing Services
The Nursing Services Department is keen to foster excellence in clinical practices as well as optimizing patients’ outcomes through the services of the Practice Development Nursing Section.
Nursing Education Services
Nursing Education is committed to ensure high quality, safe patient care practice through continuous nursing staff development and patient and family education. The section is responsible to oversee all nursing educational aspect start from staff competency and orientation Programs In-House Training and In-Service educations as well as the interdepartmental trainings and education of the new and existing staff through the transition programs. The section is supporting the effective learning and development of individuals to maintain Professional Registration and Saudi Council requirements for healthcare employees as well as the support of the Saudi Nurses to contribute to their own personal development as they progress in their career through the opportunity of an intensive education program, incorporating supervision, mentorship.
